Recently, I’ve been drawn back to the “basics” of manifestation, but I believe this full circle is taking place at a greater level of understanding than I had previously.
I always knew that manifesting happened in the formless before it materialized in the physical, but I now see that it can be even more effortless than I previously thought (and it was very effortless even before)!
In addition, I’ve been navigating new life events that have increased the frequency with which I experience terror. While on the one hand, it makes manifesting seem more difficult, another part of me knows there is no difference.
It all comes down to the same answer: FEELING. Not thinking, figuring out, taking action, or understanding. Because everything is based solely on emotion.

What is effortless manifestation?
Effortless manifesting does need work, but it is centered on feeling rather than doing. Even with in the realm of manifestation, there is a great deal of indoctrination around “taking action” or directing your thoughts.
Action is not bad; it is simply not the secret component for manifesting. Sure, we take action every day because we live in the physical, which is why we’ve been programmed to believe that action is required for manifesting to function.
You can’t help but take action since you’re in the physical, so it’s not something you need to think about. Every day, some sort of action will be performed, especially as the frequency increases. A joyful, inspired individual will take some form of activity, whether it appears useful or not. So determining what action you should take is not your responsibility.
Effortless manifestation revolves around feeling good. Your sole responsibility is to make yourself happy. As I previously stated, this requires work if you are accustomed to focusing on the negative and complaining frequently. Even so, you don’t have to travel from zero to one hundred to change your frequency, as we’ll cover later in the article.
What is the secret to effortlessly manifesting?
The key to effortless manifesting is FEELING GOOD. When you feel well, you shift into higher frequencies and become magnetic to all of the good things you desire to have.
It may appear overly simplistic, but that is all there is to it. You don’t even need to know what you desire to materialize your greatest good. Every time you dislike something, you build an opposite version in your highest timeline.
When you feel happy, you increase your frequency, which naturally and effortlessly propels you forward into your ever-changing and expanding highest timeline. We FEEL things into existence, so it doesn’t matter what you want to manifest–as Abraham-Hicks always says, you simply want to manifest what makes you happy.
We’re always looking for the positive feelings that a manifestation will provide us, so if you’re feeling happy right now, it doesn’t matter where you are–you’ll be transported to your highest timeline.
In this way, it’s effortless because when you feel good, you’re naturally pulled to people, places, and behaviors that drive you ahead and into the experiences you want.
How do you manifest easily?
To manifest readily, concentrate on feeling wonderful. This is a daily, ongoing exercise that will help you deal with stressful, scary, upsetting, or bothersome events. Everything you don’t like right now is just old debris that will be swept out as you focus on feeling wonderful.
Here are ways to perform The Practice every day.
Know that your highest timeline exists
KNOW THIS. When you become ill, a healthier version of yourself is generated in your highest timeline. When you are broke, a wealthier version of yourself emerges. When you desire a companion, a partnered version of yourself is formed.
This is why you don’t need to know what you want to manifest because you’re continually producing based on your life experiences and recognizing what you like and dislike/desire.
Understand and accept that you are continually progressing in life because your higher self is constantly attracting for you.
This is why we experience unpleasant emotions: they tell us that we’re resisting and that our higher self does not see the issue in the same way that we do.
When you experience unpleasant emotions about something, all you have to remember is that “my higher self sees this situation differently than I do.” While you’re down in the maze and can’t see around the corner, your higher self has a bird’s-eye perspective and can see that you’re only a few steps away from a fantastic manifestation, which is why they’re not concerned!
Practice feeling good
You believe you are always on the path to reaching your full potential. You let disturbing events pass without attempting to reason them out or reacting. And you practice feeling good.
This is the practice of loving oneself. You concentrate on what makes you happy in all situations. This does not have to be huge or excessively indulgent.
